Translator™ Windows Build 113 Released
Digidesign Structure comes to Translator! This powerful sampler is now fully supported, you can create your own Structure Patches from any source format. Plus Structure support gets all the Fix References treatment and everything else Translator has to offer.

You can update here.

• New formats: Digidesign Structure, Yamaha Motif XS
• Added conversion INTO a Motif, Fantom, or Fusion Bank; just drag from the right to the left, into the destination Bank
• Fixed ->EXS24 Round Robin with multiple dimensions
• Fixed ->Giga Conversions; sorry!
• Usual maintaintance fixes

Translator™ Mac Beta News
New formats: Digidesign Structure, SampleTank and Roland MV-8000. ->Reason is fixed.

We keep putting new formats and features into the new Translator Mac Universal Binary is available in Beta form. Right now it is a stable release, we are just putting already tested and compiled code into the new framework.

Formats available are EXS24, Independence, Kontakt, Reason, Structure, SampleTank, Battery 1, and Roland MV-800 and Fantom. Soon to come are SFZ, Motif, and the Alesis Fusion.

Emu Emulator X3 and Translator
Emu engineers and Chicken Systems worked all last year to bring you an update to their old Emulator X File Convertor. This time the entire apparatus is under Translator control, so quality is assured!

Upon release of the new EmulatorX3, included will be the new Translator EmulatorX Convertor. Input formats are Kontakt, EXS24, HALion, SoundFont, E3/ESi, and more.

Translator just doesn't translate - it is able to do lots of editing functions as well, due to it's powerful and fast bulk conversion engine.

Click on a folder on the right, and you get these options: Normalize, Invert, Emphasis, Deemphasis, Pitch Adjust, Slice Samples, Bit Converter, Split Stereo Files, Combine Mono Samples, Split Multichannel Samples, Split Samples, and more.

The Roland MV-8000 Series Drum machines are absolute monsters! They are redefining the word Groove Box into a one-in-all-workstation. See here for more info.

For more power, the MV-8000 Series needs a way of composing kits - and Chicken Systems has teamed up with Roland to create one. The MV Kit Creator™ (FREE) and the MV Kit Creator Pro™, available in Mac and Windows applications, allow users to create their own .mv0 files to load directly into their MV-8000 Series Groove Box/Sampler.

About Translator Updating
Translator™ owners can download the new Build 113 update using the Auto Update function within Translator™, or by going to the Update Area (listed in the Help File under Updating).

To update, you need your Unlock Code, your KeyCode, and Email address that is registered with us. You should have all of these - they display in the About Box if you haven't written them down. If somehow you are missing them, or seem to have the wrong ones or they don't work, contact us at [email protected] or call Customer Service at 320-235-9798.
