Springtime for Chicken Systems...

May 7th, 2015 - We've been busy this spring, working on the next updates for our major programs and kicking some new stuff out. We expect to have demos, product videos, and the product releases toward the end of the month.

Translator 6.1
We are adding 10 new source and destination formats, including Ableton Sampler/Simpler, Waldorf Blofeld, TX16Wx, Beatmaker 2, NanoStudio, SampleCell (as a destination), Dream SM2000/3000 chipsets and several more. A new status dialog is featured, plus a couple significant interface enhancements.

We've completed all the input formats (especially proprietary), improved the KeyMap and Editor windows, implemented the Sound Database, improved the Chizard, and added a whole host of functions that you'll find useful in creating and editing your Instruments and Banks.

SamplerTools 1.0
SamplerTool's integrated interface is fully developed and in beta - it's a Search-driven interface that converts, builds, and manages Instruments, Banks, and Samples in a simple but powerful way. Although it doesn't have the power the other bundled programs have, it's wonderful for quick work. It also serves as a hub for the other programs, in case you need the power of the individual programs.

Our Bulk Editor is finally complete, so we are adding the v1 moniker to the program. We've added a couple other helpful things to the program, such as extending the Reference Manager and fleshing out the Bank/Multi Builder. We've been working hard with Native Instruments to fully support v4.2 and v5 .nki's but sad to say we still don't have support for the modulators or effects/filters in those files. Hopefully they'll allocate some time for this within the year.

The byproduct of all these releases is that FINALLY we can get all the CD's out to all customers who patiently waited for them. They'll be manufactured in late May/early June, then we'll send out address confirmation notices, then send product out upon the return emails.

Creators: Korg, Fantom, Kurzweil, Fusion (and Motif)
Our "Creator" line is designed to be high-powered sample-based Program builders for major workstation-samplers such as the Yamaha Motif and Korg Kronos. The highly successful Motif Creator™ has been out for about 2 years, and finally the other "Creators" are set for release.
