Kurzweil to Korg Triton Translation

Translator examines the incoming Kurzweil files and builds the appropriate files. It may be desired, in order to replicate the Program accurately, to create a Combi and several "drone" Programs. See Translation Comments for more details.

For each file translated, a pcg/ksc/kmp/ksf combination is made; with as many Programs occupying space within the .pcg file.

Awave performs this translation with Kurzweil .krz files; however, it does not translate parameters that would be included in a .pcg file.

Kurzweil samplers have the capability for alternative looping modes; Translator compensates for these modes.
