Does Translator run on Windows XP, 2000 or Windows NT?

I have a Emu CD-ROM, but it does not show up on the Interface the way the manual says it's supposed to. I click on my E: Drive, which is my CD-ROM, and it says "Drive Unavailable."

Floppys???? Are they supported?
