We require on all orders that every blank on the order form be filled out. If not we will contact you for the information.
Any Credit Card transaction is not secured; thus the customer bears full responsibility for exposure of their card number.
COD's are only for domestic US customers. They are sent UPS, and require cash or money order - no personal or company checks are accepted. UPS policies state that delivery will be attempted on 3 consectutive business days, and a note left if no one is home. If any COD is returned to us for any reason, we will charge you a $25 service fee. Payment of that fee is required for any future orders. We will not tolerate refused or returned COD's. We will follow through with this policy and no exceptions are given. Further orders will be withheld until the service charge is paid, and no further orders will be sent COD to that customer. So the lesson is: You are responsible for receiving your COD package; please do so.

Will be quoted exact shipping and handling at the time the
orders are placed, if possible. Faxed or mailed orders will be
charged exact shipping without notice. Mailed or delivered orders
which include check or money orders cannot be processed if
adequate tax, shipping and handling are not included. All such
orders will be returned. To calculate shipping and handling, see
below.
COD
There is a $7.00 additional charge on all COD's. No
international COD's accepted. COD orders can only be shipped UPS
(FedEx is possible upon request). COD's require cash or money
order - no personal or company checks are allowed. IN ANY AND
ALL EVENTS of a returned COD, we will bill the customer a $25
service charge. We will follow through with this policy and no
exceptions are given. Further orders will be withheld until the
service charge is paid, and no further orders will be sent COD to
that customer. So the lesson is: You are responsible for
receiving your COD package; please do so. Money orders
must be in exact amounts.
STANDARD
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All Domestic orders carry a standard shipping and handling
charge of $7.00. Orders are sent UPS unless otherwise requested.
UPS will e-mail you the tracking number of the package.
International order carry a shipping and handling charge of $12.00,
and are always sent Postal Air Mail. International purchasers are
subject to customs and duties required by their country.
EXPEDITED
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We offer UPS Next-Day (morning), UPS Next-Day Air Saver (afternoon),
2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Select expedited services. Prices are the
current UPS prices plus the standard $3.00 shipping and handling
charge. We will deliver via other carriers if requested; please
check with your customer representative. Destination and 3rd-party
shipper numbers are also accepted under certain conditions.
