Sector
This is the sector (each "sector" is 512 bytes) that is viewed.

Search
You can input text, a decimal number, or Hex number, and the Hex Editor will find it for you starting at the first instance of it, starting at the Start Sector you input. The View will chnage to the sector it appears in to show you.

Search Value Type Radio Buttons
This indicates what your inputted type is; text, decimal value, or hex value.

Edit
This edits the value listed in the offset (relative to what is in the view) with the value (in decimal) listed.
