We are trying to make this a very uncomplicated thing, but based on past experience, we will ultimately fail at this. =) So here is some of the fine print that you will or might encounter when trying to get the best deal from our sale.

But First - check out the CLEARANCE stuff
We've got some great Sound Libraries - really good ones - that we are selling for SUPER-CHEEP. Some great Hollow Sun Vintage Synth Libraries, and some of the early Dan Dean Orchestral Libraries. We are blowing them out, once they are gone, they are gone. We also are selling Samplers and other one-of-a-kind items. Check out the Clearance area while you are at Samplerzone.com.

Why Are We Shippping Software?
Well, that's what we still do. It enables you to install our software freely, without needing us to help you out, or have an Internet connection.

What you should know is that shortly after ordering - give us an hour or two, we do them all manually - you'll get a temporary build that you can use immediately after ordering. It is fully functional but it expires by the time you get the packaged product. Still, the CD/DVD is mandatory.

Please be patiant with the delivery of your download link, especially if you order in the middle of the night.

No CD/DVD Drive???
If you don't have an internal optical drive on your computer, just get a USB external - they are very inexpensive and come in handy (we are musicians, after all). You can also make an image of the CD on a computer that does have an internal optical drive, then move the image to your non-optical computer and mount it. Remember the CD/DVD is only needed on authorization. We understand that CD/DVD's are on the "outs", but not quite yet, especially in the music industry. We are moving to a different distribution method, but the whole package hasn't presented itself yet.

Info On Upgrade Orders
Second, we only allow Upgrade orders on products that you've already owned for 30 days. That means you can't buy a sale item for the 50% off price, then get another item at the Special Upgrade Black Friday Price because you now own the previous product.
