ZuluSCSI SD Card Solutions
The newest and most advanced SCSI SD Card solution, ZuluSCSI uses disk images as the data source for the SCSI drives it exposes, on a exFAT/FAT32ofrmatted SD card.
ZuluSCSI, like all SD card readers, is solid-state with no moving parts. It is compatible with all samplers, and uses the common 3.5 form factor that floppy drives and regular internal HDD's use.
ZuluSCSI acts like up to 7 drives to most sampler SCSI hosts, making it 7 drives in one unit! It also implements a "toggle" where you can have hundreds of images on your SD card and switch between groups of 7 (as there is only 7 ID's in the SCSI chain).
Comes in three models: External, Internal, and Mini. External comes with a external case and SCSI cable; Internal comes with a solid tray customized for your sampler and whatever internal cabling is necessary for the installation; and Mini is a ultra-small drive that plugs directly into the sampler's SCSI port.
ZuluSCSI is recommend for proprietary drive samplers such as Akai S1000/3000, Roland S5x/7x, Ensoniq EPS/ASR-10, Emu Emax/E3/ESi/E4 (up to 4.6), and others.
SCSI2SD SCSI SD Card Solutions
The breakthrough pioneer SCSI SD Card solution, SCSI2SD came out in full force in 2016 with the radical idea of multiple drives being exposed in one unit.
Like ZuluSCSI, SCSI2SD can expose up to 7 drives. SCSI2SD is ultra compatible, it works with every known sampler and SCSI host.
SCSI2SD has 3 board variations: v5.2, v5.5 (Plug-In), and v6.0. (Note: Currently all SCSI2SD drives are out of production due to chip shortages, but hopefully in the future they will be produced again. HOWEVER: SamplerZone can get all models in a "trickle" fashion and most are in stock but at very low levels. Check with the SamplerZone store and staff to find out current stock levels, and addition to any Priority List that they maintain.)
SCSI2SD comes in three form factors: External, Internal, and Plug-In (v5.5). External comes with a external case and SCSI cable; Internal comes with a solid tray customized for your sampler/host and whatever internal cabling is necessary for the installation; and Plug-In v5.5 is a ultra-small drive that plugs directly into the sampler's SCSI port.
Although SCSI2SD can work with proprietary drive samplers, SamplerZone recommends ZuluSCSI in all cases for that usages. Conversely, for computer-compatible sampler/hosts such as Akai S5000, Emu E4 EOS 4.7, Korg Triton, Ensoniq ASR-X; and DAW's like the Roland VS2480 and Akai DPS24, they recommend SCSI2SD v6.0, as that can perform as a remote device for computer control.
RASCSI Raspberry Pi-based SCSI Solution
RaSCSI is a SCSI interface-daughter board to a Raspberry Pi and works as a SCSI storage device. It uses disk images as it's data source, like ZuluSCSI. (We refer to the package as RaSCSI, meaning the daughterboard AND the Raspberry Pi Zero that is used.)
Because the Raspberry Pi is a full-blown computer, RaSCSI can communciate with the outside world, notably via WiFi, so you can use it to transfer disk images via the WiFi connection and attach/detach images to each SCSI ID in a quick and convenient way.
RaSCSI comes in two form factors: External/Plug-In and Internal. External plugs into the SCSI port of it's host, either with an adapter or SCSI cable (your choice). Internal comes with a solid tray customized for your sampler/host and whatever internal cabling is necessary for the installation.
(Note: Since Raspberry Pi's have been, and are, out of production due to chip shortages, SamplerZone's stock is very low if not completely out-of-stock. If any are available, they use a Raspberry Pi Zero v1.3 and not the faster Pi Zero 2. They do sell the RaSCSI daughterboard alone, with all casing and support - just without the Raspberry Pi Zero board.

SCSI Accessories for Samplers, Gotek, and SD Card Drives
SamplerZone sells lots of SCSI accessories, most explciitly designed to work with their drive products.
These include SCSI switchers (so you can use one SD Solution with multiple samplers), SCSI adapters (to help the Plug-In Drives and Mini's plug into ports other than DB25, DB25 Gender Changers, SD Card Media expressly set up for your sampler, SCSI Cables, Ensoniq SCSI Interfaces and EPS ROM chips, and USB accessories for RaSCSI.
Also sold are Internal Cable Kits for various samplers and hsots, in case you already have a drive and what to use it internally.
