CD's in your drive
Problems in Windows NT, Windows 2000,
Windows XP
- You may not have
an ASPI Layer installed
NT, 2000,
and XP do not install an ASPI Layer. To check if you
have one, get the ASPI Check utility and run
it. If you don't have it, run one of our updaters and
check Install ASPI at the end of the install.
- You have ASPI
installed, but still don't see the CD's
Go into
your Translator directory, and look for a file called
wnaspi32_nero.dll. Rename it wnaspi32.dll, and restart
Translator. It should work at this point.

Problems in Windows NT, Windows 2000,
Windows XP
- You have an old
ASPI Layer installed
Usually
people have a newer version fo ASPI, but some don't.
To check, get the ASPI
Check utility and run
it. It should say Version 4.6 (1021). If you don't
have this, run one of our updaters and check Install
ASPI at the end of the install.
- You have ASPI
installed, but still don't see the CD's
Your
ASPI Layer is out of sync, or has the wrong drivers.
Get the ForceASPI utility and run it. Then restart
Translator and it should work.
